By visiting cherylinspires.com or purchasing anything from Cheryl Inspires (the "Site," "we," "us"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please stop using the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
1. Who we are
Cheryl Inspires is a sole proprietorship owned by Elizabeth Tate, located at 4691 South Street, Midland, TX 79701, United States. You can reach us at feedback@cherylinspires.com or 432-935-0930.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or republish our content without written permission.
- Use the Site in a way that damages, disables, overburdens, or interferes with its operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or related infrastructure.
- Send unsolicited communications to email addresses obtained from the Site.
3. Intellectual property
All text, essays, workbooks, prompts, illustrations, photography, and design on this Site are © 2019–2026 Elizabeth Tate / Cheryl Inspires. You are welcome to quote a paragraph or two of any letter with attribution and a link back to the original page. Please do not reproduce entire letters, workbooks, or program materials without our written permission.
4. Purchases
Prices are shown in United States Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added at checkout. Digital workbooks are delivered by email within a few minutes of purchase. Small-Group Sunday cohorts have limited seats and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Refunds
Digital workbooks may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by replying to your receipt — no explanation required. Small-Group Sunday seats are refundable up to 7 days before the first session. One-to-one letter programs are refundable pro-rata for the unused months if we can no longer continue the correspondence.
6. Newsletter
Subscribing to the Sunday letter is free. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We do not sell, share, or lease our subscriber list.
7. User-submitted content
If you send us a message, prompt response, or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in the letter or on the Site, always with your first name only (or a first initial if you prefer). Let us know in your message if you'd rather stay off the record — we'll respect it.
8. Disclaimers
Cheryl Inspires is a personal-writing and journaling studio. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or dial or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the United States.
The Site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Cheryl Inspires' total liability arising from your use of the Site or programs will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Third-party links
We sometimes link to books, notebooks, or other people's essays. We are not responsible for the content of those third-party sites.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any program if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Site at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page and mentioned in the Sunday letter.
