One-to-One Letters

A slow correspondence between the two of us. You write me a real letter, in the real mail, once a month. I write one back, by hand, from the studio on South Street. Six months minimum. Very few spots.

FAQ

Reasonable questions.

Is this therapy?

No. Cheryl Inspires is a writing and journaling studio, not a mental health service. If you're in crisis, please call or text 988 in the United States for free, confidential support.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Workbooks are refundable within 14 days for any reason — just reply to your receipt. Small-Group Sundays are refundable up to 7 days before the first session.

Can men join?

Small-Group Sundays are held for women, but the letters, workbooks, and journal are for anyone with a pen.

Do I need to be "spiritual" or religious?

Not at all. Nothing here assumes a particular faith or lack of one.

Where are you based?

Midland, Texas — 4691 South Street. Everything ships and streams from here.

Not sure where to start?

Reply to the Sunday letter with a sentence about what's on your desk. Elizabeth reads them all.
